Lovely showroom and great service. Shabs helped me when ordering tiles for my house, it was a smooth process and prompt delivery. I’ve had bathroom, kitchen and outdoor tiles from Roccia and had lots of compliments since they’ve been laid. I would recommend Roccia for good service, great tiles and reasonable prices.

Having dealt with the team at Roccia Bolton over the past few months I can say that the customer service has been exceptional, in particular from Naz and Shabs. I have always felt valued and appreciate the time the team have given to help me choose tiles and designs etc. The price has been good value too. I would highly recommend. Thanks

I must say we went to the branch in Bolton and we’re really blown away with the brilliant service we had. We needed to match up tiles to ones that we already have and the guys did everything possible to ensure that we had the best possible match. Ash was brilliant too and we go what we needed at a great price. We would definitely recommend this store and will be sure to return.

First experience with Roccia Bolton and it's been more than perfect! All the staff we've encountered are absolutely lovely but extra big thank yous go to Ash and Jill. Ash took the time to find us our perfect tiles and work us out a great deal compared with other tiles we'd seen online and Jill went completely above and beyond to help us get more tiles when we didn't have enough and saved me a lot of stress and tears!!! Delivery guys were on time and really friendly too. All in all, 100 stars wouldn't be enough - thank you!

We have visited the Bolton branch twice and have been treated with kindness and respect by both Michael and Ash. They showed consideration for my eye problems as I cannot distinguish colours they were prepared to patiently show me alternative colours. All the staff were helpful. And I am happy with my choices.

Ordered Triumph Riga Vision tiles for our new extension and kitchen along with grout, adhesive and ditra mat. From choosing the tiles, to ordering, delivery and after sales the service has been excellent, real value for money. Would thoroughly recommend Shabs and his team. Thank you

This place is brilliant. They beat a price we’d had on imported floor tiles, and the customer service was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for Shabs and all the team. I’d highly recommend them.
